- Provide and personalize the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails.
- Improve AI models (anonymized, aggregated data only).
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on AWS. We use TLS encryption in transit and at rest, plus authentication, access controls, and regular security reviews.
4. Third-Party Services
We use:
- Supabase: Database and authentication.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- AI providers: AI-powered counseling features.
- Netlify: Web hosting.
We only share minimum data necessary.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers under confidentiality agreements, or if required by law.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Service is for students age 13+. Users under 18 should use with parental awareness. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You can:
- Access and export your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and data.
- Opt out of marketing.
- California (CCPA): request data disclosure.
